I’ll teach you how to make homemade Butternut Squash and Cider Soup, and while it’s simmering away we’ll create a Roasted Beet & Butternut Salad and an Asparagus Gruyere Puff Pastry to start.
These cooking class dinners are completely hands on with everyone helping to create the dinner. We’ll even set the table together! We’ll have space and time not just to cook but also to enjoy an evening around our farm table.
You’ll leave the evening with all of the recipes to recreate this meal - and believe me you’ll LOVE making big pots of this soup over the coming Fall and Winter months.
Our Cooking Class Dinners are small with only 6 seats available. We do this on purpose so everyone can enjoy the fun of cooking together in the kitchen and sometimes my own family might just sit at the table with us.
