All of the details are covered for this cozy winter morning enjoying a spread of Mekenzies’ Sourdough Baked Goods and steaming mugs of coffee and tea while we learn. Mekenzie will walk you through the steps of creating your own sourdough loaves from starter to finish. While the loaves are baking we’ll create our Butternut & Cider Soup. Then we’ll slice the fresh baked loaves, dish up steaming bowls of soup and enjoy lunch together at the table.
No experience necessary and no tools required. All you need is to come with a heart ready to learn, hands ready to create and a Saturday to enjoy all the beauty of savoring life and making bread and soup together.
We will provide all necessary elements - Plus you get to go home with your own Sourdough Starter and recipe so you can bake your own bread.
