We are thrilled to invite you to join us for time spent diving deep into the basics of Sourdough. If Sourdough has you confused, nervous or frustrated come bake with us. Here’s what we’ll be covering in this workshop!
How to feed your sourdough starter
How to keep your starter in the fridge (this is the trick to making sourdough easy!)
Discard - what is it and how to use it
How to mix up your dough, there are a few basics to help you have consistently great bread
Cold Proofing Your Loaves for the best rise, texture and crust
Basics of Shaping
Slicing Your Bread
Plus LOTS of time for questions and sourdough conversations as we enjoy fresh baked goodness - we have sourdough treats planned for you to taste!
We’ll end the workshop sending you home with your own Sourdough Starter and full sourdough baking guide so you can easily mix up a batch of your own bread.
The workshop lasts 2 hours, you’ll go home ready to start feeding your own starter and baking.
