Cooking Class Dinner : Roasted Butternut Squash & Cider Soup

It’s Fall and the Squash are ready! Come join me for a hands on Cooking Class where I’ll teach you how to make my own : Roasted Butternut Squash & Cider Soup and our Roasted Butternut Squash & Beet Salad.

We’ll start off chopping our butternut squash and beets and while they’re roasting away we’ll get the rest of our dinner salad prepped and charcuterie appetizer to munch on. Then comes the Soup! We’ll set it to simmer while we get everything ready to sit down.

These cooking class dinners are completely hands on with everyone helping to create the dinner. We’ll even set the table together! We’ll have space and time not just to cook but also to enjoy an evening around our farm table.

You’ll leave the evening with all of the recipes to recreate this meal - and believe me you’ll LOVE making big pots of this soup and big bowls of salad throughout the winter months!

Our Cooking Class Dinners are small with only 8 seats available. We do this on purpose so everyone can enjoy the fun of cooking together in the kitchen and sometimes my own family might just sit at the table with us.

What will you need?

  • hands ready to chop veggies & wash dishes ;)

  • if you have a favorite apron, bring it!

  • your favorite beverage. Guests are invited to bring a beverage to share!

  • all food, recipes, dishes and kitchen tools will be provided

  • no experience necessary!
